Serena Agius has qualifications in Architecture from University of NSW and Fine Art from Curtin University in WA. Although Serena was raised and has lived in Sydney for the most of her life, her experience living in Vancouver CA, Tropical North Queensland and Western Australia, travel to Asia, Europe and North America has lead to a depth of visual understanding. Having raised a family she approaches her designs with common sense and understanding. Her experience working in Interior Decorating renovation design with individual clients spans 20 years. She possesses initiative, drive and creativity and is a practiced artist. 

Serena’s attention to detail and artistry can create uniqueness that maximises the potential of your property. Her design flair, excellent eye for balance & style, and her ability to coordinate is an integral part of her design training and experience. The aim of A Colour ID is that our clients experience confidence and peace of mind, achieved when utilizing our professional skills to guide you through your project. We source trusted trades people in cabinetry, carpentry, painting, electrical, tiling, upholstery and soft furnishings to ensure that you are satisfied with your custom built finishes and furnishings. An emphasis on clear communication with trades and fabricators and high expectations allows you peace of mind that your project will run smoothly.

Due to our training and practice in fine art we have skills in colour, composition, and art appraisal that are a benefits within the design process. A Colour ID has a thorough knowledge of Sydney art galleries and schools. In combination with Serena’s own artistic skill, we have a network of artists that can assist you to realise a special statement to complete your concept. She paints and has exhibited in group shows and worked in marketing for Chroma Australia as their Artist in Residence.
